How do you define a long video?
A long video is typically 8–20 minutes. Shorts are under 60 seconds and optimized for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YT Shorts.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
You can queue unlimited requests. We work through them based on your plan’s throughput (1 or 2 active at a time).
Do I need to install any software to use ShortKatto, or does it run completely online?
ShortKatto is 100% online. All you need to do is share your footage and a brief description of what you’d like, and we’ll handle the rest. No installs or complicated setups.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You’re always in control of your subscription and can cancel or resume at any time.
What’s the difference between the Basic and Pro plan in plain terms?
The key difference is time. With the Pro plan, your editor spends more time on your projects, which means you get more videos delivered in a month.
Do you offer a free trial or demo?
We don’t offer free trials at the moment.
How secure is my data? Who can see my files?
Your files are stored in a private folder that only you and your assigned editor can access. We take data security seriously.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro without losing my progress?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime. Since subscriptions are handled through Stripe payment links, the upgrade process is simple: you’ll cancel your Basic plan and then start a Pro subscription. Don’t worry, your account and project history remain intact. Only the billing plan changes.
What’s the “+Motion Graphics” option I see at checkout?
That’s a recurring add-on you can include with either the Basic or Pro plan. If you select it, your subscription will include professional motion graphics in your videos every month. The cost is an additional $200 on top of your chosen plan, billed monthly along with your subscription.
