    You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our Services. By using ShortKatto, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

    ShortKatto provides subscription-based video editing services. Depending on your plan (Basic, Pro, or add-ons like Motion Graphics), you receive access to a certain amount of editing time and project deliveries per month. Service details and pricing are described on our website and may change over time.

  3. 3. Subscriptions & Billing

    • Recurring Billing: All plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
    • Add-ons: Optional recurring add-ons, such as Motion Graphics, increase your monthly cost.
    • Cancellations: You may cancel anytime via Stripe’s customer portal. Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
    • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

  4. 4. User Responsibilities

    • You must provide accurate project materials (video, audio, instructions).
    • You represent that you own or have rights to all submitted content.
    • You may not use ShortKatto to produce unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

  5. 5. Data Security

    Your files are securely stored using Firebase. Access is limited to you and your assigned editor.

  6. 6. Intellectual Property

    • You retain full ownership of your project files and final videos.
    • ShortKatto retains ownership of its platform, processes, and proprietary tools.
    • You grant us a limited license to use your files only for delivering the agreed Services.

  7. 7. Availability of Services

    We strive for timely delivery, but turnaround depends on project complexity and subscription level. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  8. 8. Limitation of Liability

    ShortKatto is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Liability is capped at the amount you paid in your most recent billing cycle.

  9. 9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

    • Account Information: Name, email, and payment details (processed securely by Stripe).
    • Project Materials: Video, audio, and instructions you upload for editing.
    • Usage Data: Basic analytics such as site visits and feature usage.

    • Editors: Only your assigned editor can access your project files.
    • Third Parties: Stripe (payments) and Firebase (hosting & storage).
    • We do not sell or rent your data.

    We use Firebase and Stripe, both of which employ industry-standard security. While we work to protect your information, no system is completely secure.

  5. 5. Data Retention

    Files are stored while your subscription is active. You may request deletion of your files and account data at any time by contacting us.

    You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Contact us for any data-related inquiries.
